The Basics
The CEDRP (Charter Eligibility Dispute Resolution Policy) was adopted by ICM Registry with an effective date of September 1, 2011. The CEDRP applies to second-level domain names ending in .xxx and offers a mechanism of relief for parties claiming that a domain name registered in the .xxx TLD did or does not meet the registration requirements or was in violation of ICM Registry’s Sunrise A.
The CEDRP may apply to Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs).
Rules and Fees
Together, the CEDRP Policy and the
Provider’s CEDRP Rules govern disputes falling under the scope of the CEDRP.
The current fee schedule is located at CEDRP Rule 19.
